Lenzing Modal® is a natural, soft to your skin and ecologic produced fabric. Modal® is produced with the Edelweiss® technique. This stands for a symbiotic production process, where the raw materials (beech) is being grown at the same site as the fabric is being produced. This is a energy- and resource saving process.
Mandala's organic cotton styles are made of ecologically and ethically correct conditions. The GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification ensures that our cotton farmers, dyers and seamstresses receive good wages. In addition, pesticides, neurotoxines or chemical fertilizers are not used in organic cotton growing, that is resource-conserving. And the seed is naturally free of genetic engineering.
